Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone can help out.

I have a new 24" iMac (well, bought in Oct 07, so it's the new style iMac) and I just got an iPhone. I installed the Remote app on the iPhone which allows me to control my iTunes on my iMac.

I would now like to set up wireless speakers in my backyard that would play music from my iMac (in my basement). I already have a wireless network in the house (with a Linksys router). How would I go about doing this? What would I need to buy (aside from wireless speakers) to accomplish this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I use an Airport express station to stream music from my iTunes library to my stereo set (Airport antenna in iMac > Airport express station). The Airport audiosignal needs to be amplified though and you might want to check if signal strength is enough when using it in your backyard.
