iMac and World of Warcraft

So I'm really thinking about getting an iMac and I'm currently pretty addicted to WoW, but I don't know how well it will play on the 20" 2.0 Ghz iMac. Anyone have any experience with this?

Search is your friend; that said; WoW works just great on an iMac, MBP and Mac Pro.

I'm running it on the 24" iMac Alu. and it seems to work fine. Of course at higher resolutions framerates go down and I get about 40-60 (40 more common) FPS on average.

I usually run it windowed around 1380 (or w/e the resolution is) to use other windows and programs at the same time.

You should be fine, though.

Another note: I find it slows ridiculously when it comes to particles/high spell effects. Don't know why as the rest of the game is rendered/runs perfectly.

Video Card

The only thing I've worried about is the difference in video cards. The 24" uses the ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO with 256MB memory and the 20" that I'm looking at uses the ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT with 128MB memory. Any thoughts on that?
