my 2014 iMac won’t connect with any of my Apple devices including the Magic Mouse, the keyboard, and track pad 2. I have tried restarting, plugging directly into the computer with different lightening cords. They will not connect, I’m running macOS Mojave. Unsure what to do. Looking for help.

Update: within settings Bluetooth is on however every time I try to connect a device it gives me an error. I’m not sure if it’s mechanical or software related. I am under AppleCare and am wondering if the Bluetooth hardware can or perhaps needs to be replaced. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks so much for your response. Everything looks as though it is working but nothing will connect. Now I’m sure it’s mechanical and my new question is does Apple replace this part? Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you.
