Hi,

I know this won’t be a perfect fit with a 27 inch 5k 2015 iMac as there’s no way to get the 10 bit output to it or take advantage of the HDR, but can it decently connect with a mini dp to dp cable like the one below? I would like to get it to work as a nice colour accurate second display for my work that I can use for 4K HDR PS4 pro games on the side.

Thanks for any help.

That's a very nice display, but not worth the money in my opinion, UNLESS you will be using it to earn income.

There are many MANY 4k displays out there that will work fine in the $400-500 (US) range.

Can the 2015 iMac do 60hz 4k? I disremember.

I just got one of these to pair with my 2017 iMac. Works fine with a USB-C to DP cable. it comes with an mDP to DP cable.

Amazon has the monitor for cheap right now. Make sure you get the latest firmware update for it.
