iMac condensation behind glass

I have read that a few people have had this problem. I hope I don´t have it on mine now winter´s on its way.
Had it on two week 38's out of Shanghai - they went back. The machine I'm on now was a week 41 and did not have the condensation issue - it was custom built and did not show origin. Heres an image of the second and worse one that I had - It disappeared after about 3 hours. If you are unhappy just send it back.
I'm wondering if people who are having these condensation problem are setting up their iMacs the second they bring them into their homes? Remember, when you bring electrical components from one climate to another (i.e. from an outdoor climate to an indoor climate), you need to let it sit for at least an hour or two before plugging it in and turning it on. That way the equipment will be at room temperature and condensation will not occur.
The key to this is have patience...yes, you want to play with your new system right away, but resist the temptation for just a little while and your system will love you more than you love it when you finally flip the switch.

You are absolutely right and that is very good advice. But on the other hand one of Apple´s marketing arguments is that as soon as you get your Mac you can just take it out of the box and within 15 minutes you´ll be all set up and on the net. They don´t mention the with or without condensation bit.
I have to admit that when I got my brand spanking new iMac two weeks ago, I took it out of the box, then spent about 3 hours on the phone with Apple support trying to get connected to the net.
What would be interesting to know is if anyone is having recurring condensation problems.
If I were you I would give tech support a call immediately and ask them what you should do.
