iMac "connection timed out"

This keeps happening and it's very annoying:

It always says connection timed out.. Watch the video and it keeps doing that no matter what.
I have tried resetting the router, restate my computer, left my computer off with everything unplugged, etc

Update/Edit: Seems to be working fine now..I just had an object on my enter key, so it would continuously click "Ok" until the connection worked.

Try the following:

1. Turn off AirPort
2. Go to Macintosh HD>Library>Preferences>SystemConfiguration
3. Move com.apple.airport.preferences.plist and preferences.plist to the trash (you will have to enter in your user password)
4. Restart computer and try connecting again.

Looks like it's doing the same thing again.
Tried the suggestion I got, but no luck

Reset your router and modem and I mean RESET them, not just reboot. Also, try changing the password of the network, it sometimes fixes it.
