It's £200 less than an iMac, and boy does it look it.

People complain that Macs are overpriced, but look what you get if you go low price.

Macs are not so overpriced. They usually have better hardware than PCs does (most of the PCs are crappy dell laptops) and Macs don't die like PCs. OS X is much better than any Windows software and I'd pay that extra for OS X becouse I'll never have to worry about viruses etc.

Comparing iMac to all-in-ones form other manufacturers you realize how much better is Mac is in EVERY respect

When are people going to stop with that crap?

I for one see all in ones making a HUGE comeback soon....

Pretty poor imitation. It makes you appreciate just how good the iMac is as a piece of design.

Never, it just suits for their needs. Most of the people buy computer just for internet browsing and sending e-mails, so they don't want to spend much for it.

I don't see why would they come back. Only those touch machines will be all in one. Problem is, they are more expensive and uses laptop parts but no portability. iMac is perfect, becouse Pro is way too expensive for me.

I was referring to the "Macs use better hardware than PC's" statement.

One more thing, was that for me or for those people who buys crappy PCs?

You, but its not meant to be an insult. Macs use the same components that hundreds of other pcs do. The reason for the longetivity is the build quality, not better hardware.

1. U-G-L-Y you ain't got no alibi, you UGLY ah-ah you ugly

2. Its mfing slow.

3. Its got Vista... that should say enough

4. Not worth the money save (which is very little)

Yea I know it's same hardware. What I meant was, if you buy PC laptop with same specs as Macbook Pro it'll cost you almost same as Macbook Pro. And Apple doesn't sell any crappy Macs, they don't want to (see the news about Apple netbook). eg. Acer sells very crappy laptops and they sell it with "New high performance laptop with newest and fastest components. Every gamers wet dream" In reality it's 15" laptop with crappy 1.8GHz AMD dualcore, 2gb DDR2, 256mb GPU, price at 800€. Apple doesn't cheat people as PCs does.
