iMac Custom Order Shipping Times

My order is taking forever to ship. I have the maxed out Imac with 3TB fusion drive and 16Gb of ram.

I even have upgraded two day shipping. Anyone experience slow shipping right now ? My order shows almost 3 weeks to ship

I live in Oklahoma and I ordered from Apple. I got the upgraded 4gb graphics card I wonder if that's why. They already took the funds

No way being in OK should it take that long to ship - maybe 4-6 days max with getting the 780 card.

I contacted Apple they said that there's something causing longer then normal shipping times.

My order shows Delivers Jan 21, 2014 - Jan 23, 2014
 
When did you order? I ordered mine with 16 GB of ram, 512 GB SSD, and the 780M on the January 1st, shipped yesterday and will be delivered Saturday.
 
I ordered a 27" with i7, 780m, 8gb, and 3TB fusion with magic touchpad on January 1, 2014 and it was shipped out to the store this morning I believe and it says it will be available for pickup by January 14, 2014. The original estimated date was January 17, 2014. I am hoping that I can get it even earlier than January 14.
 
I placed my order 12/31 on a custom i7 system, it arrives tomorrow 1/8 to Utah. System specs, i7,16gb memory(updating to 32 with Crucial Ram),fusion drive and 780m graphics card.
 
Maybe my ship time will change. I also have the upgraded $30 shipping so I am shocked why it's taking so long

The shipping upgrade has nothing to do with when it will get shipped. It only affects how long it will take to reach you once it is shipped.
 
Hey I feel your pain. I've been tracking my imac since last week and it seems to be crawling. Apple were upfront with delivery dates but I just expected the whole thing to be *much* speedier.

I think half the reason it seems unbearably long is the fact that I'm so looking forward to getting it. Still got to get from UK to Ireland so it may not be here until tomorrow ;(

ordered my maxed out 27" today... but at my local reseller.

14 day to deliver but not more, they said.
 
I ordered it from Apple premium reseller because no Apple store nearby.

Core i7 4471 - 512 SSD - 780M.

It took 10 weeks because of the 780M supply running out as they told me.

I was about to refund my money until I got a $100 free voucher from the store.
 
Wow I don't think I could of waited 10 Weeks. I am going nuts just over 3 weeks.

I am glad I got AppleCare and the trackpad for free tho :D

Yeah mine was estimated to be delivered between the 15th and 17th. It will be here Saturday according to FedEx.

Though the tracking hasn't updated since Tuesday morning saying it left Newark, CA. :mad:

It's on a long haul truck and won't get scanned again until it gets to a major depot near you.
 
My system arrived about 7:30 last night(1/8), Ordered on 12/31 with an estimated delivery between 1/9 and 1/11.

Will setup later today, I wanted the computer to be at room temp before setup,since it had been in a FedEx trick all day in freezing temps.

I know. Still doesn't help my need to see progress though. I don't get that anxious if I see progress. But since I'm not it kills me.

I ordered the base 27 inch with just a fusion1TB upgrade on 12/30... still "shipping to store" since Friday... Said Jan 10 when I first ordered, then now says Jan 13th... Where do you live?
