iMac Disk Drive Makes Hum Noise

Recently my 20" 2GHZ CD iMac has been making a real loud humming noise when I put a CD/DVD in. It has been doing this a lot after the 10.4.9 update.

It even does this in Vista! Anyways to solve this problem?
