Hi everyone

I've got a little technical problem and I know you've got the knowledge to fix it...
My PC has a network card in it and can pick up my wireless network which is 14 metres and 4 walls away. I can use the internet wirelessly from there.
My iMac G5 isn't flinching and cannot detect any wireless network, or so it seems.
I've moved the router (a D-Link DI-524) closer to the iMac (now 10 metres and 2 walls) but still nothing.
Basic question:
How do I get my iMac to detect the wireless connection?

Thanks

the internet connection is given out by the router, so you should be trying t connect your PC to the router, in Windows XP, in the start menu where it says 'Connections' or something, and in there should be 'Wireless Connection' if your pc can find it

Did you activate any security features like closed networking? Perhaps only your PC's MAC address is allowed to connect? Try an app that can detect wireless networks and see if this can see it.
