I bought my 2.8 ghz iMac about 2-3 weeks ago . I went on of just before and the USB drive isn't responding. Which means mouse keyboard printer nuthing is responding.

Any suggestions

Ps ( I am writing this from my iPhone)

Wirelessly posted (iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5H11 Safari/525.20)

It sounds like something may have come loose on the logic board. I'd call in the warranty or take it to a genius bar for help.

So does this mean I take it back to the store I bought to from. How long will it tale to fix?

They should do an on-the-spot exchange if you bought it that recently. At least if it's an Apple Store.

The OP wrote it was a 2.8 which is the previous generation. As long as it was a clearance item from the store he might be able to exchange it through the store.
