Hello,

with High Sierra it is now possible to use eGPUs with Apple devices.
Is it possible to hook up an eGPU to an iMac and use it on the internal screen of the iMac? E.g. in Windows (Bootcamp) for playing games...

Yes*
*lots and lots of conditions apply. For example an iGPU is reportedly required for internal screen acceleration in windows.
