iMac Email link compatibility issues??

I manage a website for my company via Dreamweaver. A client who uses iMac says that when they click on a link to email our company nothing happens. I'm not having any problems on my end and have checked for errors & browser compatibility.

Any ideas?

They might want to check to see what their default mail reader is in the Mail preference pane.

If they mouse over the link and "mailto:xxx@xxx.xom" shows up in the status bar, it's their issue, not yours.

Figured it out...

Thank you. All of you are correct. I spoke to the IT guy at the client's company and he said the same thing. He hasn't set up their default and that the user needs to control click and copy/paste the email address.
