I have an iSight model and it comes with those annoying clips that need an "Apple Access" card to unlock. SSD installed but struggling to close the case. Anyone got a method or tips they can share? It's same case on 2006 Intel iMacs

per iFixit, I see how you disassembled it.

Inspect the inside tabs to make sure they’re not bent out of shape, reposition, and then reverse the cover install carefully, tilting the top in first, then lowering the face down on the bottom.

Right, the secret seems to be to make sure the clips are NOT flush to the roof of the casing as they slot inside the piece (main unit) that you are joining with outer casing. So magnets NOT helpful. I had found my previous efforts were actually starting to make a gouge in the plastics so definitely DONT have clips flush to roof. Make sure the iSight camera cables are pre-postioned as they need to be in middle.
