iMac Hard Drive

I was wondering if this would work on my 24" iMac 3.06.

I currently have 500 GB in there and want to go up with the 1.5 TB being such a good price would this work? Thanks.

Yes, if it wasn't under warranty I still have over 2 years left so I'm bringing it to a certified apple servicer.

Did you see the reviews on that one, I'd say you better off with a 1TB or if you really need the size and can afford it go for the 2TB from western digital.

Like iTommyBoy said, it's easy. Just take your time and everything will be ok.

It's boggles my mind how people are so scared to open up an iMac yet they are willing to "pop" open a mini in a heart beat.

Anywho, I've also heard nothing but bad things about the 1.5TB drives. Better off getting a 1TB, just to be safe.
