I'm getting my new Imac in a couple of days and I'm going to extend my RAM memory myself.

The capacity is 4x4 GB RAM, so that's the amount I want to put in.
I looked around and found kingston 4 gb RAM chips, as well from Dolphin, GeIL and OCZ.

Also the timing (CL9 9-9-20 till CL9 9-9-36) differs a lot.

What are the best RAM cards to use?

The timing shouldn't be that important. However, I would buy from OWC or Crucial, they sell good quality with nice prices. NewEgg is also good
