my imac has been off all weekend, and when i tried starting it up today when i got home, i kept getting some grey box saying to restart my imac which i've done 4 times already but that message keeps popping up. i've tried unpluging the mac and waiting 30 secs but that didn't work. any ideas why this happened or how to fix it?
