iMac Kernal panic when gaming?

Every time I play a game like diablo 3 or guild wars 2 I get Kernal panics and the computer is forced to restart. I have also gotten it one time when I was watching YouTube.

Is it overheating?

iMac, iOS 6, Newest iMac model

I used to get the kernal panics on my Mac Pro, then I added some more memory and all was fine after that.

How much memory you got ?
 
Make sure you have Mac OS X fully updated ( along with other software updates ).

Also do a disk permissions repair via Disk Utility and monitor the temperatures of your system using Temperature Monitor.

Sounds like a heating or driver issue to me.
