Hi, I just went to update my Sat Nav (tom-tom) which stupidly only works with flash installed. I went straight to the adobe website and got flash properly and installed it. I also had to download an app from TomTom.

I was just finishing the update and whilst browsing my iTunes library and listening to a song it just stopped playing and the screen went black , I then got the kernel panic message and the iMac restarted itself, as soon as it booted up it did the same thing. The log referenced "cpu caller 6" the first time and "cpu caller 0" the second.

I've since uninstalled flash using adobes uninstaller and the tom-tom apps using app cleaner and the system seems to be running fine but the audio has popped a couple of times and the process "warmd" using 15% of cpu for a few seconds.

Does this sound like it could be malware or similar? Is there any way to check? or is it just Yosemite?

Thanks for any help!!!!

As an update the computer has been running fine since. Does anyone have any ideas if it could be some sort of malware?

Without seeing actual logs, it's impossible to make an accurate guess.
