Hello, I have a late 2009 iMac with a bad board. Has a 3.06 GHz Core 2 Duo (E7600). Instead of simply looking to swap out the board with the same one. I wanted to confirm if its possible to swap the board with a mid-2010 3.6 GHz Core i5 (I5-680) board or even later i5 or i7. I've search but couldn't find a definitive answer. Any help will be appreciated.
