Hello everyone,

I have a late 2009 iMac 2.8 Intel Core i7 with 16GB.

Yesterday I got a really weird screen that indicated that my graphics card was messed up. I always got a white screen with a cursor and some horizontal lines over the cursor.

I could randomly get the computer to start on safe mode, maybe even normal mode, but i could not run the hardware test. It just boots and goes white. I could reset the VRAM, already unplugged to reset the SMC so I don't know what else to do.

I ran the disk utility and everything is fine, so I'm 100% sure its the graphics card but maybe you could give me a hint if it needs to be replaced or i could maybe solve it without having to buy anything!

Here are the 2 weird screenshots.

As for the system, i got this message a few minutes ago and I don't know how to figure it out.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
