I just ordered a
WESAPPINC Replacement. US Plug Extension Cable for Apple iMac Intel G5 21.5" 27" 922-5950 923-0285 622-0390 Power Cord Supply

I am going to replace my pre-owned cable with this new one. What diagnose utility could I use to view power stats?

It doesn’t matter. It’s just a power cable with a flange on it. Substituting any standard C13 power cable works fine. There is nothing proprietary except the plastic collar.
