Couple of other threads were asking about much older Macs so I was wondering if anything had changed and if an M3 iMac could be used as a display for a PS5 or not?

The PS5 sucks. It's so limited. Connecting it to anything or anything to it is such a PITA.

This isn't the first time I've had issues of connectivity with the PS5. It's compatible with basically nothing. Everything seems to require a workaround to do anything other than connecting it to a basic TV, and even then there are quirks.

PS5 works just fine with any 1080p/4K/8K TV/gaming monitor. That's literally what 99.9% of people will be connecting it too.
