iMac - Mac OS X - Sticky Notes

I know on the "dashboard" there is a Sticky Notes widget...is there an app or some setting to allow the sticky notes to be on my desktop?

in spotlight, upper right hand corner.

Type in stickies. Click on it and it'll do the sticky notes for the desktop.

If you go to the applications folder, you will see "Stickies.app. You can place it in the dock if you want to.

Once the app is open on your desktop, right click on the app in the dock and go "open at login"
