Hi,

I'm trying to set up a media center solution with my iMac G5 and have come to a dead end with solutions.
Here's what I'm trying to do:

iMac G5 is in my office, have a TV with DVI input in the living room. What I'm trying to do is be able to play my video files (most are downloaded torrents in avi that play fine with VLC) on my living room tv. Without purchasing a mac mini, what solutions are out there? I have a airport network up and running and ideally, do not want to run any wires. Would a networked Tivo be able to play the files on my imac without conversion? Is a slingbox something that would help, and would it even work with my mac?

Thanks.

is there a device out that will wirelessly transmit video from the imac, kinda like airtunes with airport express?
