Links to the chips would be helpful.
The 128x8 and 256 x 64 are some of the parameters about how the memory chips are organized on the module.... but the two sets of numbers are not talking about the same parameters, so there is no basis of comparison
Crucial has a habit of listing pairs of RAM as if they were one module, which is confusing.
