Im going to buy an Imac soon. Most likely the with 4 gig ram.
I was just wondering how many memory slots does an 24 inch Imac have.
Because i have 2 one gig ram sticks that i wanted to add to it,and didnt know how many free slots it would have.

Thank you for ur help.

Upgrade the RAM yourself. 2X2GB from third parties is less than half the price Apple charges. Its a 2 minute job to replace RAM.

Yea thats what i was thinking of doing. Thanks for the heads up tho.

Keep reminding yourself that it is a laptop, and you will be fine if you also remember the speed of the memory.

aka, I need DDR3-1066 So-Dimm laptop memory since it is built using a laptop chipset.
