iMac menu bar is is hidden!

I want it (and my dock) showing. Please help me to 'unhide' my menu bar AND dock! I do not know when they began disappearing....but I think it was today.

My boys play Minecraft on here...is there a way they did it by accident? (I doubt this....)

Please someone help asap, I get OCD when my computer is not right!

PS I can make them both reappear by moving my mouse up to the very top of the computer screen and the very bottom where the dock should be, then, voila, they show. But, then go away again!

And, no, hitting escape does not fix the issue!

Is there an app in full screen?

Open Mission Control and see all the apps open.
