iMac Mid 2011 21.5" Cannot install BootCamp

Having some trouble getting bootcamp/windows 10 installed.

Bootcamp downloads the drivers to an external usb drive without issue. But it only gives me the option to install Windows 7/8, no option for Windows 10. The other issue is it will only let me install from a DVD. I have windows 7/10 on a USB drive. Anyway around this so I can install windows 10 from my USB drive?
