iMac mini-display supports sound?

Hello everybody - Just wondering if like the MacBook Pro, the new iMac mini-display-port supports sound? Can't seem to find the information on their webpage...

Will buy the "Kanex iAdapt HDMI V2" in addition to a new iMac, to connect it to my TV if it will work...

yes the new ones do but the last revise (late 2009) didnt come with that as standard im not sure if it was up dated via software but only the last macbook Pro and now the imac had it as an original feature..
