iMac not booting up and black screen

hi
I have a iMac I think it’s 2007. When it boots up I hear the bong and the hard disk going but the screen never comes on at all. It then just keeps rebooting
I have tried all the different key presses at start up but nothing happens
Any ideas?

If the RAM is removable, you might try removing it, cleaning the contacts and replacing it.

Other than that, it may be time to start shopping for something new... (sigh)

(at 10 years old, the cost of repair may no longer be justifiable)
