I have an iMac Late 2012, I was just browsing the net and suddenly I hear a shock near the power outlet and all the lights in the house went off. It tripped a MCB on the inverter. I reversed it and lights came back. I connect the iMac to an APC UPS and I just saw the error it was displaying. The UPS shows the battery is overloaded and it caused a malfunction in the UPS. I connected the power cord of iMac to direct power outlet and it gave the same results. Lights went off and tripped a MCB on the inverter. It happened suddenly. Is it a PSU fault on iMac? Tried with two different power cords though. Will try to talk to Apple phone support though. I don't have AppleCare. Out of warranty ofc.. Is anyone facing/faced this issue?

P.S.- I live in India.
Thanks.

Ya could be PSU fault, contacted Apple Support. Wasted my time on that. They told me nothing apart from visiting to the Apple Service Center.
