as in the title really
i have an Epson Photo R300 printer ( for quite a while now ) , and was wondering if i could use a bluetooth dongle to pair it up with my new iMac, i have sucessfully connected it with the usb cable ( very smooth installation)
i did a search with google to find that lots of peeps have had trouble trying to do what i had in mind, in that the non-Epson dongle's would not be recognized when plugged into the front of the printer, and that only the epson dongle will work
so , i thought i would have a go anyway,
with my Belkin bluetooth usb dongle in hand i plugged it into the printer, waited a few seconds, and hey presto, the new iMac recognised it and even named it,
so thats one less usb lead hanging around, and one extra port
BB
( sorry if this is in the wrong place)
