I hear loud "cracks" popping every now and then but the sound returns to normal after that. The "cracking" sound is bit like if someone moved the audio jack in and out when the speakers are on. sometimes it happens often, sometimes it can take long time for it to happen again.
this happens, when i watch video or listening music.
the cracking sound comes from imac speaker.
I have the latest system update OS X 10.13.6
tried to put the system from scratch , tried reset smc ,tried reset PRAM.
nothing helps.
who has a similar problem ? can someone find solution ?

Yes, this happens on my iMac Pro that I use at work. I've also tried everything to resolve, but no dice. I resorted to using an external USB based audio interface in order to bypass the internal audio. Pretty disappointing to have this audio issue in such an expensive computer. This audio issue never occurred on my previous 2012 iMac.

it's just absurd, buying a product for such a lot of money, which does not work properly, I hope that they will solve this problem in mojave os x

I'm wondering if the problem is in the signal processing, or whether there is some sort of glitch in the speakers or the speaker wiring. Is the problem reproducible, i.e., does it happen at the same place in a specific video?

most likely, a problem in signal processing , it's hard for me to say the problem is in the speakers or in the wiring.
this not happen in the same same place , it happens very chaotically.

Does it happen frequently enough that you could reproduce the problem at an Apple Genius bar? If not, maybe you could make a video of when it happens to prove to them that there is an issue?

recently this happens not often , by order it does not happen )))).
it's a problem to make such long video , as this may not happen for 2 days.
