iMac Pro VS. Similarly Spec PC for 4K, After Effects and Cinema 4D

I want to get a computer for editing 4K video, working with After Effects and Cinema 4D. I found minmum tech requirements for the programs, though I do not want the computer to just run the software, I want to make sure it runs smoothly without lag.

1.) Anyone have any thoughts on these specs:
    • 3.2GHz 8-core Intel Xeon W processor, Turbo Boost up to 4.2GHz
    • 64GB 2666MHz DDR4 ECC memory
    • 1TB SSD
    • Radeon Pro Vega 56 with 8GB of HBM2 memory

2.) Anyone know if there is a PC all-in-one that offers similar specs to an iMac Pro that I can compare prices with?
