I was just wondering if anyone here does anything special to protect their iMac screen from dust and dirt - I just bought the aluminum one and my apt. can get dusty easily. I was surprised not to see many "screen covers" and the ones I saw were not attractive at all. Though I certainly love to look at my new iMac!! I figured when I am not home I might get a cover for it.

Similarly what is the best way to clean the screen - I gather the microfiber piece that came with the computer is the best way to dust it off?

Thanks.

I run one of these over mine every day. Have never had to clean the screen with anything else.

The microfiber cloth that came with it gets anything off for me.
If you get smudges and dirt on it, just wet the cloth a bit and wipe, and it will all disappear.
For dust, just wipe it down.
