ive not checked your links because i cant be bothered but i had the same question with my old iMac and after some research i found out that as long as all the specifications are correct/the same it does not make the slightest of difference
 
Thanks for the replies. If i decide to get get the Ram ill get the cheaper one, considering there are no performance differences.
 
Just a brief caution that some of us have found that the 2010 iMac line are a little picky about RAM.

It's becoming an openly discussed issue that a configuration of 4x4GB NuRAM (sold by OWC as their value line) will not work in the 2010 iMac, even though it apparently complies with specifications.
