I have been looking to upgrade my RAM for the past few weeks. I have been looking around on the internet for the best price on RAM. Where is the best place to buy RAM? I have a 20" Core Duo Imac. Do I only need to make sure the RAM is PC2 5300?

thanks.

Some people have had luck buying cheap generic PC RAM from places like NewEgg, but others have had problems with some of those brands. Trying to return or get replacement RAM can be a real pain, and expensive, too.

I don't like to mess around with RAM, so I go with companies I know and trust. OWC and DMS are two very highly recommended RAm vendors who know Macs and have outstanding customer service. Both sites have online wizards that will show you exactly what kind of RAM is right for your machine.
