iMac RAM

I know there are plenty of threads about iMac RAM, but I had a quick question. I am considering between two kinds of RAM:

The Mushkin RAM says it is PC2-5300. The OWC RAM says it is PC-5300. Is there a difference between PC and PC2? Which RAM should I get?

I'd go with the OWC; it's less expensive, and I've had several good RAM purchasing experiences with them.

And both modules are PC2-5300.

I just bought 4GB of ram for my iMac from www.4allmemory.com. They call it PC2 5300. Most likely it's the same as what OWC offers, just make sure that the specs say 667Mhz and not 800 as the iMac's system bus doesn't support ram of that speed.

thanks for the replies. I figured they were both PC2-5300. IT says it is compatible with the new Alu iMac. I just wanted to make sure the OWC was PC2-5300 because it shows PC-5300. I have bought OWC before and haven't had a problem so I will probably go with OWC.
