Im looking for RAM for my iMac(pre-isight), and came across this, is this correct??

only reason i ask is because i've never seen it so cheap

I don't think so.. I purchased some RAM yesterday from macsales.com I believe you'll need the - PC5300 DDR2 667MHz 200 Pin.

Prices vary, but I picked up 4GB for $159

You need notebook memory! Here is a thread from yesterday when there was a fire sale on Crucial 2GB at buy.com. Dig down to near the bottom of page two and you will find a link to the MR guide to Intel Mac Ram

Mushkin had some 4GB on sale for $81 per. They didn't have any in stock and haven't responded when it would be available. Go to the forums and search on iMac and you will see a thread about compatibility with iMac
