Imac rebate $100 :)

Or you could buy directly from Apple and receive an iPod Touch which you can then sell for at least $100. :confused:

If you buy from apple you pay $1199 + TAX + $150.00 for the 8gb Ipod Touch

So for me it would be $1429.94 - $100 if you sell that ipod touch = $1329.94 - $150 rebate from apple = 1179.94


The op Deal is a HELL OF A LOT BETTER, first and foremost you pay no tax and it's $50 cheaper, then there's a $100 rebate for a total of $1049 making it at least $100+ less expensive then buying from apple so the wise guy, stay in school and learn some math

That was a great link....I just purchase my first mac...have been a windowz guy forever!!!

Got the Imac 27" 2.8 Quad Core with 4 g/b's & 1 TB drive...1 gb ATI 5750...

I have been hearing about Autocad comming to MAC and that was my green light...

The OP deal saved me at least $400.00. Bought the iMac for $1950.00 - $100.00 rebate - Taxes ($200.00) - Shipping ($80-$100) - Also bought the Magic Pad...no taxes or shipping...an apple care...(I hope that was worth the $170.00) also no taxes...now that I think about it I probably saved $600-$700...

Everywhere I looked...ebay...craigslist...these dam computers are expensive!!!

they charge sales tax in Ohio, no dice.

I do however live 1 minute away from the Michigan state line, wonder if I got any friends who will let me ship it to them :))

thank you guys i checked out that Mac Mall rebate, very good too! I am looking to buying Apple Care as well, would any one have a link to get it cheaper or is the price fixed by Apple?
