Hi, I have I wierd problem with my iMac Alu 24' because when I want to calibrate the screen manuallny or with spyder2express the colors behind text and buttons are darker than on te rest of window, the problem seems to appear only on apps (iTunes, Photoshop) not on leopard system.

See example because my english is poor :/

depence on software

I also own Spyder 2. Unfortunately I was not very successful with color vision software. I don't knwo why it doesn't work on my macbook Pro, but that is the fact. I was better off with the standart preconfigured Apple profile. Until I get color eyes display pro. I have to say this piece of software does amazing colors. Check it out. I saw it the other day on D-e-m-o-n-o-i-d.

BTW- Make sure you are doing the calibration in dark room, (or at night). for the best results.

The problem disappeared but the colors aren't that good like on the spyder software :/.
