Hi there,
I'm a new mac owner and been starting to love my new 24 inch 2.8g imac. At first the colors didn't really look good at all on the display, I was trying to calibrate it various times without good result, too bright and dark contrast totally out of proportion and black text showing with hints of many different colors. Then maybe I was just leaving it on over night and it looked fantastic.
Today though the might mouse disconnected and I was trying hard to get it back and turning the computer on and off a few times and finally when I turned it on the mouse was back but so was also the the terrible screen color that I experienced about a week ago! I have not been changing my calibration profile since. What can have happened. and how long do these monitors take to warm up to display properly. Before today the computer had been on for almost a week continously but todays switchings off in the pursuit of getting the mouse back only lasted seconds but after on again terrible colors. I am not sure but now after having it on for 15 minutes again maybe the colors start to look a bit better again. hmmm surprised that the monitor turned screaming bad...
Any body got any ideas?
