How many manufacturers do Apple use?

Is there the same variation in tone (ie warm to cool) as with iphones and ipads?

Just noticed that my screen (2011 21.5 base model) doesn't have a model number under profiles,is this normal?
 
LG. The displays are the same as the previous generation iMacs. The 21.5" uses the LM215WF3. The 27.0" used the LM270WQ1 in 2009, not sure if that held true for 2010 (if so, that's what's in the 2011).
