Hello!
For two weeks I have been a very proud iMac user and its really an outstanding machine.
I have checked its serial number on
http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html
The iMac's serial number starts with "CK6" By the way, it's the one in my signature.
The website and coconutidentitycard tell me that my iMac was built in Cork, Ireland and not in China (it says, however, assembled in China on the package
).
Now, some questions arise:
1) Does Apple still assemble iMacs in Ireland?
2) Did they just add the one more GB of memory I had ordered in Ireland?
3) Is there another explanation?
Thanks in advance.
