iMac slot model Unusual CRT "hourglass" shape

I'm actually typing in the mac I enuncied.

Some reviews says, that the analog board or the flyback piece cause bad CRT displays. Trying to calibrate the image position can't fix the unregular screen.
Nor, in OS9 or OSX mode the OS's can fix this-in their respective screen/preferences. And the actual display shows a screen image stretched at top and low corners, and narrowed in the center, so it ressembles a hourglass, what could be the reason for this failure?
The overall computer is O.K. and the screen preferences have been working well.

Is there an overly loud sound around 16,000 Hz that changes pitch a bit as the viewable shape changes?

It sounds as if it's the flyback transformer on the CRT, which wouldn't be unusual for a 9 year old.

Hi, this is an half 2001 Imac slot model. It has 6 years counting.

Others abnormal behavior before the screen get like this, was some bouncing horizontal lines and stripes blinking and shivering sparringly in the screen, an the scren widens and narrows in short ranges but no loud sounds just clicks when this happens.

Now all that rare behavior has completely dissapeared. And now I got this quiet deformed screen image. The hard disk icon is out of borders, and I have to select all the icons in the desktop and drag them to the left to make it visible.
But, still a problem, sometimes the power button don't turn the computer on, and I have to unattach and reattach the power cord for the energy to run again, this way the Imac start up normaly. I think is the inlet in the mac. the power cord is not the cause.

these were the symptoms, all the symptoms presents in this Imac, but still working Its speed, 500KHZ.
I like this Imac because it have classic, and I still using some OS9 programs my new 17" coreduo won't.

The sound may be out of your hearing range. I used to sell to t.v. repair shops so I know the sound all too well.

My dad's 2000 iMac had problems with the power switch and it eventually had to be repaired. It could be the problem with yours, as far as power goes.

At least, you can move the icons you can't see, so it's only hardware. Hopefully, the repair cost wouldn't be too high, given that Apple probably used off-the-shelf components rather than develop some of their own.

Would be good that any electronic repair service could fix the bad piece, but I'm thinking they are not familiar on to how to take apart and reassemble an Imac...You are true, the pieces of the CTR are common TV replacements, nec or mitsubishi I don't remember, but I think is better to take it back for diagnostic to the place I bought it. If this Imac (dalmation) were easy to open like a TV, I would take the risk with an electronic service. Thanks for your guidance, My screen still having good colors, so I still emotional to my old mac.
I was thinking to attach a LCD display some day if the CRT dies.
