IMAC SOUND PROBLEM

Good evening, I would like your help in a strange problem I am having with the sound in IMAC 1419 (2013). I do not have any sound from the internal speakers or connecting headphones, I only listen with bluetooth (external speakers or headphones). I run Mojave and recently installed through bootcamp windows10 where the sound plays perfectly from the speakers and not from the headphones. I am adding 2 images, one from MOJAVE and one from WINDOWS10. I have already tried clean install, nvram, smc reset, socket cleaning, loopback soundsource to "cheat" and send audio to the speakers, but unfortunately no results. is there any other idea? thank you very much!
