This is on my parents 2021 iMac all fully updated to latest OS and updates.
So earlier I was sending my parents some videos from my iPhone to their iMac. They received all the videos and pictures I was sending them, all good.
About 20 minutes later, my dad calls and says that all the videos and pictures in the texts are gone. I had him quit iMessage, reboot the iMac, sign out / sign back in to iMessage and nothing worked. So I sent him 3 texts from my phone to his iMac and I could hear his iMac chime when I would text him. My dad tells me that on his iMessage icon it was the number 3 as in he has 3 new messages but when he clicks on the iMessage icon, no messages show up.
Only thing I can think of is maybe they signed out or something? I'm not able to see their computer so all the help is over the phone.
Any suggestions on what to try now?
