So I started up my brand new 27 inch quad core imac tonight, I've only used it for 2 days and it gets stuck on a blue screen. So I push the power button to force a shut down but it goes into sleep. When it wakes back up I see the desktop and I can move the mouse around but I can't click on anything. The desktop isn't quite frozen because the bars on the wifi signal move up and down but I can't click a single thing. Then I forced a shut down, restart it, pop in my install disc to maybe run disc repair but the computer didn't realize I was holding down 'C' to boot from the DVD so it tries to boot up normally and the process starts all over again. I tried resetting my P-Ram and I can't even boot from the darn Snow Leopard DVD. HELP!!
