Hello

Sorry about this question, but I'm :apple: Mac novice .

I use iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2009)
Version 10.12.6 macOs Sierra

Now how can I find out what platform and system architecture do I have?

=>> Where platform is your OS and arch is you system architecture.

Who can help me?

Thank you

You don't specify why you want it or for what purpose. There are a ton of architecture codes that have been invented for various purposes. Your machine is basically an x86_64 (intel 64 bit) running Mac OS 10.12.6, which you apparently know already.

In a terminal, try:
uname -a
machine
